This updated, sparkling-clean 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers two spacious levels of laid-back luxury. The main living area invites you to sink into plush seating beside an electric fireplace, while smart TVs throughout the home ensure entertainment is always within reach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized oven, stove, microwave, crock pot, and coffee maker—everything you need for quick breakfasts or full family dinners. Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with quality linens, natural light, and space to unwind. Wake to birdsong, with the occasional visit from Harry the heron or a soaring eagle above the cove.

We provide all linens, essentials (like shampoo, coffee, and paper goods), and fast local support if you need anything. With keyless entry, 5-star cleanliness, and personal touches throughout, we make it easy for you to relax and enjoy the lake—just like we do.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~9+ ft depth) Winter (~5+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Boat Slip: The owners boat lives inside the slip, but you can freely dock up to the side with the built-in cleats.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- There is a pontoon parked permanently at the dock that is not for use.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
