Set on 7 secluded, wooded acres, this home isn't just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. Whether you’re crossing your private bridge to arrive, grilling on the Blackstone under cafe lights, or hosting a tournament in the massive game room, every corner of this updated retreat was designed for connection and comfort.
The magic of Wander begins the moment you cross the private bridge and pull up to the wooded 7-acre estate. Inside, you’re greeted by an open-concept layout that feels both spacious and incredibly cozy. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a large island with seating for four, small appliances for every need, and a dedicated coffee bar equipped with a K-cup/drip machine and French press—we even provide the coffee.
The living room serves as the heart of the home, centered around a warm electric fireplace and a 55" Smart TV. For those who need to check in with the office, a dedicated desk space sits bathed in natural light, powered by blazing 1Gb fiber internet.
The Primary Suite: Features soaring vaulted ceilings, a King bed, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 2: A peaceful retreat featuring a Queen bed and serene views of the front property.
Guest Bedroom 3: Designed for flexibility, this room features a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra adults.

This wonderful space was exactly as described! The linens were soft, the towels were thick and fluffy. The kitchen amenities were well appointed. We were able to really enjoy a great weekend with friends in this place. We were able to make a great use of the kitchen and the Blackstone grill! The game room was the biggest hit with our 14 year-old granddaughter! Pay attention to the details regarding the driveway. It is definitely manageable, but the hill is daunting. It is well worth traversing the driveway to get to this beautiful gem!

I had a very nice time at this home!! The house and amenities were as described and very clean! I particularly liked early in the morning, sipping my coffee looking at the deer make their way from the forest down to the stream. The game room and collection of games are a great addition for any family as well. And the grocery store was a quick 10 minutes down the road which made running out for things very convenient. The home is a bit secluded and sits in a forest setting with windows surrounding the home overlooking the forest. One feels as if they are in their own private state park! The windows have no drapes or shades and for some at night this can be unsettling knowing the deer may be peeking in but during the day, gives a 360 degree panoramic and peaceful view of the setting!!

We are moving from Utah to Sherrill's Ford and chose this home as to be closer to our new house to move things in. This house was beautiful and peaceful. It's tucked away, and there's tons of deer, squirrels, and frogs - which the kids loved! We joked it kind of looked like the Cullen house on twilight! The linens and furnishings were high quality and it was beautifully decorated. The kids especially loved the game room! It kept them busy for hours each day. The six of us had a wonderful week here and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay during our home renovations, which lasted about 30 days. My husband worked from here and appreciated how quickly the host responded when he had some wifi issues. Towards the end, the dryer broke, and since our two boys were in school, it was a little challenging to find a solution. The host mentioned they wouldn’t be able to fix it until the 31st, which was our checkout day. We ended up spending $60 at the local laundromat to wash our clothes, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, we had a wonderful experience. The property is truly beautiful! I loved coming home from work and driving down that charming wooded driveway. Our dog really enjoyed it here too.
