This expansive lakefront home comfortably sleeps 16 adults + 2 kids across 5 stylish bedrooms, including a spacious bunk room with six twin beds and a primary suite that feels like your own private resort, complete with vaulted ceilings, a 65” Smart TV, two oversized chaise lounges, and a spa-worthy bathroom with dual rain shower heads and serene lake views.

Wake up to the sunrise pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows, brew a cup from the stocked coffee bar, and enjoy breakfast on one of the multiple balconies or the screened-in porch—complete with a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, and uninterrupted views of the water.

Spend your days soaking in the hot tub, relaxing by the firepit, or heading out on the lake from your private covered boat dock. If you're bringing or renting a boat (available with advance notice), you'll love launching straight from the deep water access. Lunch is best served from the outdoor kitchen, where you can grill and dine alfresco at the lakeside table.

Inside, you’ll find all the high-end touches: a gourmet kitchen with luxury appliances, two arcade machines for hours of nostalgic fun, and even your own Peloton bike for keeping up your routine. Movie nights come alive in the private theater with an 85” screen, and for moments of reflection or remote work, head up to the tower room for 360° panoramic views of Lake Norman.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~10+ ft depth) Winter (~8+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Boat lift: The lift and covered slip is not available for boat docking - but there are cleats on the sides of the dock for use to tie up.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 1 paddleboard, and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
Sometimes—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $150 per pet. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
