Living Area & Kitchen: The open-concept living area boasts wall-to-wall windows, offering panoramic lake views throughout the day. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes custom cabinets, a large island, stainless steel Bosch appliances, quartz countertops, and double ovens.
Porch & Deck: Enjoy meals and relax on the large porch, which includes a dining area and comfy seating. The porch opens to the main level deck, equipped with a Weber gas grill and amazing lake views.
Conveniences: This floor also features a second bedroom with a queen bed and office space, a laundry room, and another full bathroom.

Lower Level:
Family Room & Game Room: The lower level offers a spacious family room with patio access, a large flatscreen Smart TV, and a variety of games, including a foosball table and board games.
Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms, including one with a full/twin bunk bed and another with bunk beds and lake views, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests. A massive full bathroom is also available with a secondary laundry room.
Outdoor Access: Step outside to the expansive yard leading to the lake, perfect for children to play and for adults to relax.

Outdoor Amenities:
Private Dock & Water Activities: Take advantage of the large dock for swimming and boating. Two double kayaks (tandem) are available for exploring the lake.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~8+ ft depth) Winter (~6+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Boat lift: The lift and covered slip is not available for boat docking - but there are cleats on the sides of the dock for use to tie up.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets and 2 tandem kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125 per pet. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
