This laid-back lake retreat has everything you need for a relaxing, memory-making getaway. Wake up to breathtaking views from the primary suite, complete with a king bed and spacious en-suite bath. Two additional king bedrooms feature smart TVs and share a well-appointed hallway bathroom. Upstairs, the large bunk/game room includes two twin-over-full bunks, a huge TV, and access to an upper-level porch overlooking the lake.

A separate guest house (ADU) offers even more flexibility with its own living space, small kitchen, pull-out sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and an upstairs suite with a full bed—perfect for teens, in-laws, or added privacy. *Please note that the staircase in the separate guest house is narrower and steeper than a standard staircase and may require extra caution when using. Guests should use handrails when available and supervise children at all times.

Spend your days paddleboarding from the private dock, playing cornhole, or hanging out in the garage game room with ping pong, darts, pop-a-shot, and more. The main living area is open and inviting with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy seating, and lake views that stretch for miles. The main house has two full bathrooms shared across the three king bedrooms and bunk room. Outside, enjoy dining under the stars, gathering at the firepit, and parking with ease in the oversized driveway.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
