Welcome to Launch Point — a cozy lakefront A-frame cabin in Mooresville made for simple lake days, relaxed evenings, and easy access to everything Lake Norman has to offer. Tucked along the water with a private dock, boat launch, firepit, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, and outdoor hangout space, this home is a comfortable spot for families or small groups who want to slow down and enjoy the lake.

The main living area includes a family room with a Smart TV, giving the group a comfortable place to unwind after time outside. The fully stocked kitchen includes the essentials needed for cooking during your stay, along with complimentary coffee to make mornings simple. The dining area gives everyone a place to sit down for meals, games, or planning the next lake outing.

Sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and space for up to 6 guests. The first floor has a king bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a second king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 Twin XL beds, and another full bathroom with a shower. The family room also includes a queen pullout for additional sleeping space.

The home includes laundry in the first-floor bathroom, plus towels, linens, soaps, basic household supplies, and other essentials provided by Wishlist Vacations. Everything is set up so guests can settle in comfortably and make the most of their time at the lake.

Outside is where Launch Point really shines. The backyard includes outdoor dining, furniture for lounging, a grill, firepit, lakeside swing, hammock, private dock, and private boat launch. Guests can enjoy complimentary kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, life vests in multiple sizes, and yard games for time between lake activities.

The location is one of the best parts of the stay. Launch Point is located in Mooresville near I-77 access, making it easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, parks, and local attractions. You’ll have a lakefront setting while still being close to the everyday conveniences that make a trip easier.

Launch Point is a comfortable lake cabin for guests who want easy lake access, plenty of outdoor space, and a cozy place to gather between Lake Norman adventures.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~3-6 ft depth) Winter (~2ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Catawba Boat Rentals. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 2 paddleboards, and 2+ kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee per pet. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
