Welcome to Grandview — a spacious lakefront escape made for big family stays, game-filled nights, and long days on Lake Norman. Wake up to lake views from every bedroom, paddle from the covered dock, swim in the deep-water cove, then gather on the massive decks for dinner, firepits, and sunset lounging. With a theater, game rooms, and room to spread out, this home is built for easy lake days together.

Grandview is designed for groups who want plenty to do without ever needing to leave. The main level features an open living, kitchen, and dining layout with a gas stove, comfortable gathering space, and easy flow out toward the lake-facing decks. Whether you’re making breakfast before a lake day, setting out snacks for the group, or settling in after sunset, the home makes it easy for everyone to stay connected.

Inside, the fun continues with a large movie theater, pool table room, poker table room, and a garage game area with ping pong. There’s also a basement living space with a secondary kitchen, giving larger groups another place to spread out, cool off drinks, store snacks, or relax away from the main gathering area. Office space and reading lounge areas offer quieter corners when someone needs to work, read, or take a break.

The sleeping setup works especially well for families and groups, with 4 king bedrooms plus 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds and bunks. Every bedroom has lake-facing views, so guests can wake up feeling close to the water no matter where they sleep. The home also includes 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, a large laundry room, and parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Out back, the home opens up to multiple lake-facing outdoor spaces. The massive decks includes dining areas, lounge chairs, and firepits. Spend the day swimming and floating in the deep-water cove, launching the kayaks or paddleboards, relaxing by the covered boat dock, or playing basketball in the driveway. Pickleball equipment is also provided for guests to enjoy in the drive.

Grandview is located down the Brawley School Road peninsula, one of the most convenient areas around Lake Norman. You’ll feel tucked into a lakefront setting while still being close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, parks, and everyday essentials.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~8+ ft depth) Winter (~6+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 1 paddleboard, and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee per pet. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
