Welcome to Golden Vista — a lakefront home made for sunset views, easy lake days, and relaxed time together. With a hot tub, private boat slip, huge swimming platform with a diving board, massive enclosed sunroom, large downstairs porch, and panoramic Lake Norman views, this home is built around enjoying the water from morning to night.

Inside, the home has an open layout that makes gathering easy. The living, kitchen, and dining spaces flow comfortably together, with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee provided, and plenty of room for meals, games, and conversation. The massive sunroom is one of the best parts of the home, featuring wall-to-wall windows, lounge seating, a couch, Smart TV, and wide lake views that make it a favorite place to relax no matter the weather.

The home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with its own ensuite full bathroom. There is also laundry, office space, plenty of parking, and a flat yard that makes the outdoor space easy to enjoy.

Outside, spend your days swimming from the lake platform, relaxing in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the driveway, lounging on the porch, or watching the sky change colors over the water. Golden Vista is also in a great location close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~8+ ft depth) Winter (~6+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Boat lift: The lift and covered slip is not available for boat docking - but there are cleats on the sides of the dock for use to tie up.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 1 paddleboard, and 2+ kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Pets are not allowed at this home and will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
