Inside, relax in two living spaces with an open floor plan, smart TVs, and a second kitchen—perfect for unforgettable days on the lake.

Endless Sunset lives up to its name with unobstructed, sweeping sunset views over Lake Norman’s calm waters. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers a sprawling open layout, giving everyone room to gather or spread out. Three of the bedrooms, including the large primary suite, feature lake views to wake up to each morning.

The main living area flows seamlessly to a huge covered porch—perfect for outdoor dining, lounging with a book, or watching the sun dip below the horizon. Downstairs, a secondary living space with a second kitchen, foosball table, and lake access makes it easy for groups to enjoy different activities at once.

Step outside to your own lakeside playground: a sandy beach for wading, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a covered dock with boat slip. The flat yard makes it easy for kids and adults alike to enjoy games like cornhole or stroll right to the water. In the evenings, the firepit, hot tub, and outside TV invite you to unwind under the stars.

Smart TVs throughout, parking for 6–7 cars, and an unbeatable location just minutes from shopping, dining, and the main channel make Endless Sunset as convenient as it is beautiful. Linens, towels, soaps, and coffee are all provided—just bring your favorite people and settle in.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~8+ ft depth) Winter (~6+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Boat lift: The lift and covered slip is not available for boat docking - but there are cleats on the sides of the dock for use to tie up.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 1 paddleboard, and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season (September - April), or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- Pets are not allowed in this home. Bringing a pet to a non-pet friendly property will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Minimum age to book is 25 years old
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250+ fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
