Welcome to Aqua Vista — a gorgeous 6-bedroom Lake Norman home with a brand-new heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, game room, kayaks, and beautiful lake-facing views. Spend the day by the fully fenced pool, relax in the screened porch, gather in the open living space, or let the group spread out with smart TVs in each of the 6 bedrooms and plenty of room for up to 18 guests. PLEASE note: the boat dock/ramp is inaccessible and under construction - set to be complete late August.

Aqua Vista is the kind of Lake Norman home that feels ready for a true family getaway the moment you arrive. The main living area is bright, open, and centered around the lake, with the kitchen, dining, and living room flowing together so everyone can cook, hang out, watch a game, or relax without feeling split up. The kitchen is beautiful and practical, with granite counters, a gas range, and everything you need for meals at home, including appliances, dishes, coffee, and more. The formal dining room seats 8, giving the group a comfortable place to gather for dinner, cards, or slow mornings before heading outside.

The outdoor space is a major highlight. The gorgeous pool area is fully fenced and set up for long, easy days outside, with a heated pool available from April to October, a wading landing, small waterfall, hot tub, and a gas firepit right by the pool. Just beside it, the covered outdoor kitchen and lounge area gives you a shaded spot to grill, grab drinks from the mini fridge, and stay close to the action without being in the sun all day. There's even an outdoor shower and bathroom!

PLEASE NOTE: a heated pool means 78-82 degrees and is not at the same temperature as a hot tub.
Heating is only available April/May and September/October - normal environmental temperatures will determine the water temperature Winter and Summer.

Inside, the home has the space and comfort that larger groups actually need. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 18 guests. Three bedrooms face the lake, including the large primary suite with a king bed, beautiful views, a spacious ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a commercial-grade massage chair that is exactly the kind of bonus everyone will quietly hope they get a turn in after a full day of swimming, kayaking, and playing. The other main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, while upstairs includes 2 king rooms, 1 queen room, and a large bonus room with two sets of bunk beds and trundles that sleeps 8 total. Every bedroom includes a smart TV, which makes downtime easy for families and mixed-age groups.

The conditioned garage game room adds another full layer of entertainment, with ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, a TV, and more. It’s a great setup for kids, teens, and adults who want something fun to do between pool time, lake time, and meals. Outside, the extremely flat yard gives everyone even more space to play, stretch out, and enjoy the lakefront setting.

For water lovers, Aqua Vista includes 2 tandem kayaks for up to 4 people and 2 single kayaks for 2 more people, giving guests an easy way to enjoy Lake Norman right from the property. When you’re ready for a quieter moment, the large screened porch off the living room is one of the best spots in the house, with comfy lounge seating and a relaxed view toward the water.

Wishlist Vacations provides all linens, towels, soaps, coffee, and more so you can settle in easily and enjoy the home from the moment you arrive. The laundry room also includes detergent for guest use.
