From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase wide-open lake views and fill the open-concept layout with natural light. The chef’s kitchen features a 6-burner gas stove, dual coffee station (K-cup + drip), and a large island with seating for four—perfect for breakfasts or wine and cheese nights.

The living area is centered around a 100” smart TV, plush seating, and those show-stopping outdoor views. This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, and two fold-down full beds that provide flexible sleeping space without crowding the layout. Four full bathrooms ensure everyone has room to refresh.

The primary suite is privately tucked away, offering a quiet retreat of its own—complete with a spacious ensuite bath and access to a second-floor backyard balcony, perfect for sipping coffee or enjoying peaceful lake breezes.

Step outside to a massive yard that gently slopes toward the lake, with wide, gradual steps leading to a covered dock equipped with kayaks and paddleboards. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper patio off the primary suite, dine under the covered patio, or soak in the private hot tub as the sun sets.

We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!
⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season (September - April), or if it's not a same day turnaround.
🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).
🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250+ fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
