The open-concept living area connects seamlessly to the fully stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need for home-cooked meals. The dining table seats 8, perfect for gathering together, while the massive back porch with ample seating and a Blackstone grill (propane provided) offers a stunning outdoor dining option. Cozy evenings can be spent by the fire pit under the glow of café string lights or relaxing on the huge dock platform right by the water.

For those seeking adventure, the property includes two kayaks and a paddleboard, making it easy to explore the lake. The private boat dock and launch provide direct water access, while the spacious yard is perfect for outdoor activities. We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
