Vacation Rental Coordinator (Weekends)

The Weekend Vacation Rental Coordinator is responsible for managing guest communications, handling incoming calls, providing creative solutions for guest concerns, and occasionally driving to properties to assist with various tasks. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to managing issues that may arise.

The Rental Coordinator is responsible for managing guest communications, handling incoming calls, providing creative solutions for guest concerns, and occasionally driving to properties to assist with various tasks. This role will also assist at a high level with inbound calls and messages for our long term rental side of the business.

Vacation Rental Cleaner

We are a growing vacation rental business located in Lake Norman, seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our properties. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing the rental homes for guests, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for each stay. This is a key position that contributes to the overall guest experience and the success of our vacation rental business.

Lawn & Property Maintenance Technician

We’re more than just a landscaping company—we maintain vacation rentals that need extra care beyond mowing. This role includes traditional lawn care as well as property upkeep, like rearranging patio furniture, storing kayaks, clearing spiderwebs from docks, and keeping outdoor areas guest-ready. Unlike most lawn care jobs, this position offers some year-round work. Mowing season is busier, but the offseason includes maintenance tasks like gutter cleaning, minor repairs, and occasional remodeling projects. While offseason hours may be lighter, steady work will still be available.
