We'll go through some options with the client from rent estimates to explaining our services and how they can serve the client's needs.

You can check out our management fees on our pricing page. Everything is public.

 3. Let's Get You PAID

Each Short-Term Rental Client: YOU get a $500 finder's fee

Each Long-Term Rental Client: YOU get 25% of the first month's total rent

*These are to be paid after 1 full month of management on the new property. Everything will be in writing!

Short-Term Rental: Receive $1,000 in agreed-upon home upgrades

• Kayaks, games, light fixtures, washer/dryer upgrades, string lights, and other vacationer-facing amenities
  • This would NOT include home maintenance things like crawlspace repair, broken windows, leaky roofs, etc.
  • The amount can be spread up to 6 months out at our discretion. 

Long-Term Rental: Receive $500 in agreed-upon home upgrades with the same rules as STRs above.
