Our long-term rentals include apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes, all located in desirable neighborhoods around Lake Norman. Our short-term rentals range from cozy lakefront cottages to spacious vacation homes, perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

Process:

Contactless check-in. Door code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. Back-up keys at each home (just in case!)
Follow-up message 24hrs after check-in. If there are issues you've been holding back on telling us, let us hear it so we can fix it!
Guests book with home info (like wi-fi), places to eat, things to do, AirBnb gift cards, and tons more.
Have an absolute blast and a memorable experience.
Follow check-out instructions: typically just do your dishes and lock up! Easiest check-outs on Lake Norman.

Our small business survives on 5-star reviews, anything less and we've failed. 
There can always be unforeseen issues but we can only address them if you let us know.
